I usually don't write reviews but I felt I needed to call out Mamie and Billy from this store. Both of them are so patient and kind and too the point. I don't feel like I was being swindled or tricked. They gave me and my dad a real solid price on a used F150. Most places you go to have the sales guy going back and forth to the "Talk to the Manager" every time you disagree with their price or threaten to walk away. But not these guys. Honest and straightforward and even stayed till after closing to close a deal that my dad didn't make easy for them. If your looking for a new or used car for a very fair price then don't go anywhere else. They have great reviews all around for a reason. They didn't even ask for a review but they deserve it.

Car had body damage I could not see in online pics. Received 1 key fob that was obviously older than the car. My online agent bought me another fob so that id have 2 fobs. Wheels had locks without a lug key. No cabin air filter. Waited >45 days for my title. Called multiple times regarding my insurance policy with no response. I have to send a huge shout out to Quentin Mcnair at Champion Auto for getting me into my new ride. About 2 weeks ago my car started messing up. On my way home from work it stopped at the Rally’s on Bardstown Rd 8:30 at night traffic crazy and people flying down the street. I did not know what I was going to do. I put the car in the shop to see what the problem was. My transmission went out. I refused to put another dime into it and I still owed 4,000 plus on it. I kept saying I trust you God, I don’t know what I’m going to do but I trust you. After crying, loved ones driving to and from both jobs it hit me to call my childhood friend. She connected me to Mr. Quentin. I went in telling him I had nothing to put down, my car does not work AND I still owe on it. I asked if he could still help me. I reiterated I had nothing to put down. He said give him a call and he’ll work with me. While at work Friday he sent me pictures and the application. I found the one above and Saturday after work my sister drove me to get it. Even while talking to the lady doing to paper work I was getting ready to turn back BUT GOD!!! I kept trusting and left with my new ride. My birthday is Wednesday and I’m thanking God for the blessing! I was not looking forward to the process of buying my first new car in 16 years. I was apprehensive and worried I would have to deal with pushy salesmen. I am so glad I went to Champion. My salesman Chris was wonderful. He was not pushy at all. They definitely offer some extras (warranties, etc) but were understanding when I declined. They seemed to respect my budget, which I greatly appreciated!! Chris was very kind and patient and good-humored with my test-driving, even when I changed my mind entirely and bought a car that I did not even intend to test drive but could not resist when I saw it in person (2025 Trailblazer in Marina Blue--so gorgeous!!). Chris went through a LOT of trouble to get me the educator rebate ($500!) and texted me to see if I needed help with any of the pre-purchase process. He was very thoughtful and caring! He even let me choose my license plate and did not make me feel bad when I declined an enhancement of the warranty I was not sure I could afford. I received a tour of the facility, will get my first oil change for free, and even took home a 'swag bag' with beautiful key chains, etc. I even got to meet Fred the owner. I was impressed with his friendly demeanor and generosity. I really feel like this was the best dealership I could have gone to and I truly appreciate being treated so kindly.
