I really wish our experience was different because everyone else seems to have great things to say. But unfortunately, that was not the case for us. We went to buy a second (inexpensive) car for my husband to use to drive for work. We found Champion and went to see it. My husband test drove and we decided to purchase with the understanding that they would be sending the car to service to get a workup. They stated that the car should be ready on Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday comes, and we are informed that the car needs a transmission part that would be in on Thursday. Our salesperson told my husband the exact part that the car needed. Thursday we were informed that the “parts” are on backorder, and they don’t know when they will be in. They told us it could be a week, or it could be 1 month+. They offered another car that was 80,000 miles more as a replacement or we could pull out of the deal. As we expressed our feelings about the situation, our salesperson became aggressive We requested a call from a manager and when he called, he brushed off the situation. We decided to pull out of the deal, as the service went from 1 part to multiple parts, and from ready in 2 days to no ETA. We found out around 2-3 days later that the car was back on the website for 1K more than they were originally selling for. But when asked about they cars condition they said “oops, this has mechanical issues and is not really for sale”. I would think this was a fluke, but I’ve had 2 other family/friends have similar experiences with false mechanical information when working with the dealership. Again, I really wanted to love it there, but something feels very off.

First time dealing with champion Chevrolet. I was in a small accident and that’s where the other persons insurance sent me for the body work and paint. They did an excellent job on the repair on my truck. They even washed the whole truck, shined the tires and rims and vacuumed the inside of my truck. Very nice touch that shows they care about their work and customer service. Easy to deal with and great communication

I had the best experience a person could ask for, this man had me approved with the right payment and everything, he did all the leg work. It was just like I had known him for years. Jimmy and this whole team at Champion made me feel at ease, and like I was at home. I just had to go in to sign paperwork with a great finance manager. Incredibly easy. They ordered my Audi from their used car team, got me a great price AND awesome financing!! Everything was transparent. There was no high pressure and 100% professional!! They even include a Lifetime power train warranty! Makes it hard to EVER buy a used car anywhere else. (Just an fyi, same great experience buying new in the past as well)

I recently bought a 2014 Ram 1500 from Bill Morrison at Champion after talking to him while my wife's car was being serviced. Bill worked very well and made the process very smooth. Most of the work was done over the phone and I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership waiting around. My wife and I will be repeat customers.
