Overall pretty good experience! Only thing I will say is the original salesperson said we qualified for a certain rate so we agreed on the pricing and everything and signed to lock in on that rate, when we went to financing they showed a whole different rate which was frustrating because we were already committed and it seemed deceptive to all the sudden change it without informing us. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if they would have been up front about it from the beginning. But I love my new car!

My husband and I had a really good experience with Champion Chevrolet. Everyone was so warm and welcoming to us. We do want to give a shout out to Julie our sales rep and Matt our finance officer. Incredibly easy. They ordered my Audi from their used car team, got me a great price AND awesome financing!! Everything was transparent. There was no high pressure and 100% professional!! They even include a Lifetime power train warranty! Makes it hard to EVER buy a used car anywhere else. (Just an fyi, same great experience buying new in the past as well)
