I found my dream GMC Denali at Champion and while it is preowned I was treated like I was buying new. My search for the Denali resulted in finds at big city dealerships and I know what often comes with those dealerships - mediocre customer service by a 20-something sales guy. I drove over 90 minutes from Indiana to Champion because it was a smaller dealership and I was hopeful for a better experience. I met Chris who has years of experience with sales and most importantly with the vehicle I was interested it. Unlike past experiences with other dealerships when buying preowned where you’re handed the keys and sent out the door, Chris went above my expectation's by taking the time to give me a full orientation of the truck. He even filled the fuel tank! Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful process and it still was but Champion exceeded my expectations with the service provided.

Awesome customer service. My truck broke down outta town and champion Chevrolet was able to get my truck fixed and back on the road. Kept in constant communication on the status of my truck while being serviced. Thanks Champion Chevrolet for all your help
