We had a fantastic experience at Champion. We had been looking at Jeep Gladiators for months. We had a deal worked out with another dealer and they pulled tired old dealer tricks so we left. I saw a Gladiator at Champion we thought we wanted so I made an appointment to see it. We got there and drove it and it wasn’t what we wanted. Billy at Champion knew pretty much what we wanted after talking to us, so while we were test driving the Gladiator, he pulled out a Wrangler Moab that checked ever single box we had except the truck bed. He had it started up, with the top and windows down, ready for us to drive. We drove it and were instantly hooked. From there, Champion was excellent. There was zero pressure. There were zero dealer games. They held it for us with a small deposit, they gave us a respectable amount on our trade (which was a custom F-250 so no dealer was going to give me market) and got me out the door pretty much where I wanted to be. After we signed papers, the battery lost its life and they immediately stepped up and corrected it, which they did not have to do on a used vehicle. Every aspect of our experience was excellent and I will 100% look to them first on my next purchase.

I cannot praise this place enough. To make a long story short we purchased a used vehicle from them. There was a check engine light on the truck. They took it to Tri-County Ford to get it fixed since we purchased a used Ford at a Chevy dealership. Tri-county fixed it, and a week later the check engine light came back on and the moon roof stopped working. I called Champion and they requested to bring it to them. They gave me a rental and took the truck back to Tri-County. Tri-County sat on the truck for over three weeks, the whole time I was kept in the loop by Champion. Tri-County tells us they cannot duplicate the code. The sales manager goes to pick the truck up and on the way back the check engine light comes back on. Paul calls me and lets me know that they are just going to have their guys look at it if I am ok with it. They fix the issue and fix the sunroof/moonroof issue all covered by Champion. I can tell you this they have a customer for life. Hands down one of the best dealerships I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. They were honest from day one! Shout out to Paul for taking care of me and our family and making sure it was right !

Incredible customer experience! I was looking to purchase a used vehicle for our daughter. I had a specific vehicle in mind and couldn't find one locally, so I started looking online and came across one at Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. Allen Bolden was incredible to work with regarding this vehicle. As an out of state buyer who won't be able to see a vehicle in person, you have a lot of apprehension about a vehicle. I have come across other dealers through this process that weren't above board in regards to the vehicle. Allen went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle. He took extra pictures, too walk through videos, and answered more questions than one human being should be regarding the vehicle. Thanks to his customer service, I felt as ease enough to purchase a 2019 Hyundai Accent from him for our daughter.
