Vickie Ireland was very professional, clear, courteous and timely in her dealing with me. She answered all my questions clearly and concisely. I found her to be very knowledgeable. Champion GMC is quite a drive from where I live and don't know if I will be purchasing another vehicle there. But wherever I may go I would be very well pleased if I could deal with a salesperson like Vickie. Also, Raymond Kellar was very professional in our dealings with him and I appreciate all his work also.

My experience trading vehicles with this dealer has been positive. The sales personnel I dealt with were reasonable and willing to work with me. It took some time due to how busy they were, but I am pleased with the deal we arrived at. The salesperson, Chris H, was multitasking and getting numerous things done while I was there, including making sure I was a satisfied customer.

took a week to get on the phone to schedule service and the extended warranty i purchased from champion has now not covered 2 things in a row back to back and am done with taking my vehicle for maintenance some where it takes a longer time to get it done to keep up with a warranty company that finds ways not to cover anything i need done.

Big thanks to the auto shop for making my 2024 Trax brand new again! They went above and beyond with a wash, inside detailed and even took care of a recall on my car. On top of all that, they met their timeframe of one week to get it done! The parts took FOREVER but not their fault! Also, great communication throughout! This is the 2nd time they have fixed a car for me! Honestly, I hope next time is to buy another car instead of getting one repaired from an accident!
