I had a bad experience with another dealership so I started taking my vehicle to champion to get serviced. I also bought a new vehicle from champion and Chris and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing and helped in every way possible! I will definitely be going back to champion for further car needs!

I got the appointment time I wanted. I was updated/contacted during the maintenance work which was done in a timely manner. Service advisor Jay was very helpful. And the cost of the service was reasonable. I highly recommend the Service department at Champion Chevrolet GMC.

I walked in unannounced and asked to test drive two vehicles I found online. Kevin, my salesman did everything he could to accommodate my request. I bought one of the vehicles and just before taking delivery, they found that it needed a new vacuum pump which they immediately replaced. Highly recommend this dealership. *****

poor communication. would call and be placed on hold and passed around to different people. nobody knew what the status of my vehicle was. after the dealership having my truck for a week, with no work being done I requested a loaner truck. I was told a manager would have to call me about that. after waiting 4 hours for a call, I just decided to go to the dealership to find out what's going on. then when I got there, all the sudden my truck was done and I could take it home. I don't feel like I was treated honestly at all. very bad experience. I am disappointed in chevrolet as a whole. I would love for a representative to reach out to me but I'm sure they have no interest in making it right. I don't know what I expected when I payed 50k for a new truck.
