For the Traverse seekers we all know this vehicle is in high demand where they’re seriously being sold sight unseen! After a horrible experience with another dealership! I decided to try 1 more before throwing in the towel! I was able to locate a High Country that was located at Champion Chevrolet Chris the sales rep was able to answer all my questions about this model which turned out to be a problem from other dealerships he listened to what I was looking for and was able to lock the vehicle down for me. There was never any pressure to buy or settle! The process buying online was smooth with no hidden BY THE WAYS! This dealership and reps was worth the drive from yes Knoxville TN. Customer service is still alive!! Thanks Chris!

I had a screw in my tire and discovered it at about 4pm and even though they were very busy in the service department and close to closing, they fit me in and were very friendly and helpful. I could have gone to any ties place but felt I wanted to keep my service at the place I bought my Trailblazer and I made the right choice!

Came in and worked with Vickie Ireland. The whole process was very enjoyable. Vickie is great at what she does and is so helpful in finding exactly what you want at a great price. Matt was also great helping on the paperwork and financial side of things. Would highly recommend Champion to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Showed up today to buy a Land Rover LR4. I originally agreed on a price of $19500 with the dealer. When I got there, the new price was $21000. This was after a 4 hour drive there. On top of the lie about pricing, the vehicle was making an odd noise from the engine and needed two front lower control arms. Super disappointed that Champion felt this was acceptable; but glad that we didn't agree on price and I didn't leave with a bad car. Hopefully they send this one to auction as I could never sell this to anyone like they did us with my morals.
