From the first call to Vickie Ireland at Champion Chevrolet until we drove off the lot with our new Silverado the ordering, purchase and delivery couldn't have been smoother. The was never any pressure to buy anything we weren't completely satisfied with. I have always found my financing but at Champion they found a much better rate than I could, saving me money. I feel like my truck will give me years of dependable service but will definitely go back when I need a vehicle. One return visit for the paint and interior protection and that went great. Vickie did a very good job explaining everything about my truck.

Very pleasant and helpful. Because I live in Louisville and have odd work hours, they worked with me via email and over the phone to complete as much of the purchasing process as possible so that when I was able to visit the dealership, the purchase finalization went very quickly. They went as far as letting me put a small deposit on the car to hold it for me whereas another Chevy dealership in Louisville let me show up to the scheduled appt, test drive the car and when I retuned, told me it had been sold. I had every intention on putting an offer down on the car. Thank goodness it didn’t work out because I would’ve never met the wonderful people at Champion! Thank you all for helping me get my “new” used 2014 Chevy Equinox LT. I absolutely love the car and have peace of mind knowing that my 1-yo daughter is riding in a safe, reliable car.

I have always had a good experience getting my vehicle serviced here, although a chaotic atmosphere. Prices are very expensive, I’m not sure why it’s advertised as a $60 oil change, when in fact it’s closer to $80 with all the fees tacked on after the fact!? It’s an oil change, isn’t it per usual to dispose of the oil & add a filter with these things not being extra?
