Our sales representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. But we overpaid on my granddaughters, 2024 Enclave of 202.00 Dollars on march 22nd So I contacted matthew cooper of the finance Department on April 14th To see when they was going to send our check. He said he would take care of it. But he did not call back 2 more times he would not answer the phone a girl named Emily, she would take care of it. I'm pretty sure she is the one that answers the phone. So she took care of my problem, not matthew cooper

Wow...😀😁best dealer to buy a car at La Grange KY...better service than Louisville...Mazda Oxmoor Dealer was never attentive...dedicated with such a great professionalism from everyone as this dealer was with service and buying experiences...no tricks...no lies...no pressure and they were always committed to meet my expectations...they went above and beyond...I recommend driving away from your comfort zone and get the best price on buying a new car...warranty package included and best of all the best service from the friendly Salesman who was always smiling and attentive...to others who were concerned when I had a little isssue with my new car..the Sales Manager...Finance Manager...Service Manager who called me at my cell phone to take care of my issue immediately at the time of arrival and best of all Bennett...who had the patience to show me all the options he have at the lot...big thank you to see they are still good dealers to buy a new car without ripping you off and taking advantage or feel pressure to buy a car...It's all true...."You Cannot Beat a Champion " 🫡this dealer is the best dealer in town!!! I bought a used 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe in beautiful condition from a local GMC dealership and within the first week had blown a rear strut. When I reached out to the dealership I bought it from, they were not able to work me in to even LOOK at my car for three weeks. So I took the opportunity to start calling around to find a proper Chevrolet dealership. As providence would have it, I was able to be seen same-day at Champion Chevrolet. From the woman who answered the phone in the service department, to Cedrick my service advisor, to the person who ran to Huntsville to get the parts needed, and Bruce who performed the work (and don’t forget Shaw who ran me to the bank!)I received top-notch service. Everyone was friendly and considerate, knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to know who to trust when it comes to taking care of your car, and I am so grateful to know I have a partner in Champion Chevrolet! More grateful I could not be.
