I don’t usually write long reviews, but after the incredible experience I’ve had with Preston and Todd at Champion Chevrolet, I feel like anything less than a full-throated endorsement would be a disservice to their exceptional work. In the span of just two weeks, these guys helped me purchase two vehicles, and I can honestly say they went well beyond the call of duty every step of the way. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with honesty, respect, and a genuine desire to make sure I drove away happy, not just with a vehicle, but with the right vehicle for me and my family. Preston and Todd worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was handled with care, from navigating paperwork to making sure the vehicles were spotless and mechanically perfect. They weren’t afraid to get their hands dirty either, chasing down service items, checking on every little issue, and keeping me in the loop the whole time. Their communication was clear, timely, and always in my best interest. I never once felt like just another customer. I felt like a friend they wanted to take care of. What stands out the most is their trustworthiness. In a world where it’s easy to be skeptical walking into a dealership, these two have earned my complete confidence. Over the years, I’ve bought and sold several vehicles through them, and I keep coming back for one simple reason: they care. They care about doing things right, treating people right, and making sure the buying experience is smooth, fair, and even enjoyable. Todd Waits came to my rescue when my car broke down and was beyond repair. I told him what I was looking for and we narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. He was up front and honest from the start which I like in a person as I know they have nothing to hide. He told me about what my payments would be on the SUV that I chose and he was right on the money. He was willing to help out in any way he could to make sure I would be happy with my car and the buying terms. He is a very courteous and kind man with a world of knowledge in the car industry. We bought our 1 ton Dually Truck from Todd 1 year ago, and my Morher-in-law just bought a car from him 2 months ago and now my new purchase!! It was great service. Before I left Tampa, Florida I couldn't get an oil change because of the lack of filters for my truck. No problem here and they worked my truck in in 1 day instead of week long waiting list in Florida. I needed this done so I could continue my trip to Nebraska. Very professional people.
