We Worked Kyle at Champion motors he was very easy to work with, he always answered our phone calls and if he didn't no the answer to a question he would find out and call us right back. Billy was great during the sale process but make sure you get the vehicle you are interested in inspected off site. After 3 months and just over 3000 miles I have a list of issues totaling a third of the price of the vehicle. In that time I have already had to have the back brakes and rotors changed and now have to do the same for the front as well as a list of other issues that should have been caught in that inspection at the time of sale according to multiple mechanics that have had to inspect my vehicle since purchase. Sale process was easy but everything since then has not been easy in the slightest. (To clarify on the response from the dealership, the check was written to cover the out of pocket expenses I paid shortly after the purchase to replace the rear brakes that were apparently overlooked during the inspection, much like the front brakes that now need to be replaced. When the only option you can offer is “how about something more expensive?” You have obviously done a poor job working with your “valued customers”. Add to the fact that the initial 1 star review was because of the dealerships inability to respond to questions about the issue for multiple days after multiple attempts to contact were made followed by an angry call made to me by someone named Karen. Bringing your customers finances into your response to a review of your shortcomings as a company is childish and a great representation of how you handle your business once you have someone’s name on paper.)
