5 Stars Life long county resident. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their professionalism that is so often missed today. Quite unexpected, I’m almost hesitant in leaving a review as I am certainly being selfish in wanting to not let the word get out of what it is like to be treated by a Champion and they get slammed in the service department.

it took a long time for service. The price I paid is not what was represented to me, it was about $80 over what was expected. All kinds of hidden fees and unexplainable charges. Also after my tire rotation they failed to put the correct pressure in the front and back. I will think twice about returning..

We dropped our car off the day before it was supposed to be serviced thinking we would pick it up the next day. They called us a little after that and told us it was ready!! All the employees we dealt with there were all so nice and friendly!!

I enjoyed my visit to Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. I had to drive 145 to this dealer because dealers are not exchanging vehicles now because of the low supply. My leasing process was fairly smooth, except the financing that took around 2 hours. I traded-in a 2014 Chevrolet Volt that I absolutely loved, but I still wanted to go "full electric" with a Chevrolet Bolt. I got my chance to lease a new 2022 Bolt that has the leather perforated, COMFORTABLE seats and Bose Premium Sound System that was in the showroom of Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. I'm learning a lot of new things about my new Bolt. I keep a running spreadsheet on my electric power use from charging, just like I did with my Volt. I had to turn off the Lane Keep Assist because it was just plain annoying. It was disconcerting to have the steering wheel pull to the right most of the time. Our roads here in Southern KY are just too narrow to risk running off the shoulder. Also, I appreciate the dark dash that replaced that gaudy white dash in the 1st generation, and the more comfortable seats. I was at the Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC Service Department 03/14/2022 to turn in my 2022 Chevrolet Bolt 2LT for its repurchase. Mariah was very organized, and made the process very fast, unlike the original lease process which took several hours. I didn't even need to stay until the inspection process was complete, and was allowed to leave the dealership with the repurchase check from General Motors.
