Ron, Parts manager very knowledgeable. We ordered side steps for my Acadia and they arrived on day promised. Karen in service was very attentive to my timeframe and was able to get them installed quickly. I was very impressed with their attention to customer service.

This is an updated review… my experience with Champion Service was great start to finish. Communication with Tony and the Parts manager was excellent throughout the 3 months they had my vehicle (engine was on back order, not their fault). I was kept updated on the status of the engine and provided a vehicle to drive since this was warranty issue, which was extremely helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions anytime I checked on the status of my back ordered engine. Work was done to my satisfaction and my vehicle had even been washed when I picked it up. Just an overall VERY POSITIVE experience. Thank you for all your help!
