I have been dealing with these folks for many years and have always been treated fairly. The service department is top notch and service writers have GM knowledge to help sort out the problem. Unless I was out of town I cannot imagine a situation I would take my Cadillac any place else for repair. If your not happy they are not happy

Best Customer Service I have ever had at a dealership. I came by for an estimate at the Body Shop on a scratch and Tim buffed it out in 5 minutes and wouldn't let me pay or tip him. Excellent employees.

Came in and worked with Vickie Ireland. The whole process was very enjoyable. Vickie is great at what she does and is so helpful in finding exactly what you want at a great price. Matt was also great helping on the paperwork and financial side of things. Would highly recommend Champion to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
