5 Stars Life long county resident. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their professionalism that is so often missed today. Quite unexpected, I’m almost hesitant in leaving a review as I am certainly being selfish in wanting to not let the word get out of what it is like to be treated by a Champion and they get slammed in the service department.

We weren't 100% sure what my husband wanted in a truck when we got there. Our product specialist, John Richards, was super helpful, nice, and never pushy. Champion's service department is the best. I've been dealing with Tony, Judy and Jay for years and would recommend them to anyone. I've purchased several GM vehicles from them in the past, and the Sales and Service departments have always come through when I've needed them. Way to go Champion ! My truck went in for the common CCV (23 Silverado Duramax 3.0L LZ0). Luckily they had the part at time of my appointment. I got a loaner to use that was also a Silverado pick up so I didn’t feel like I was out of my utility capability. They had my truck for 2 weeks because the tech went hunting for a week. Everything else was seamless and easy. Didn’t get hassled around.
