I have to send a huge shout out to Quentin Mcnair at Champion Auto for getting me into my new ride. About 2 weeks ago my car started messing up. On my way home from work it stopped at the Rally’s on Bardstown Rd 8:30 at night traffic crazy and people flying down the street. I did not know what I was going to do. I put the car in the shop to see what the problem was. My transmission went out. I refused to put another dime into it and I still owed 4,000 plus on it. I kept saying I trust you God, I don’t know what I’m going to do but I trust you. After crying, loved ones driving to and from both jobs it hit me to call my childhood friend. She connected me to Mr. Quentin. I went in telling him I had nothing to put down, my car does not work AND I still owe on it. I asked if he could still help me. I reiterated I had nothing to put down. He said give him a call and he’ll work with me. While at work Friday he sent me pictures and the application. I found the one above and Saturday after work my sister drove me to get it. Even while talking to the lady doing to paper work I was getting ready to turn back BUT GOD!!! I kept trusting and left with my new ride. My birthday is Wednesday and I’m thanking God for the blessing! Keep trusting him when other’s say no God says YES CHILD!!! 💜 Low Miles Bumper to Bumper Warranty Clean Auto Start Apple Play Heated Seats All with NO MONEY DOWN and took my trade that had issues and still owed a nice amount on!!!

Purchased 2016 Buick Enclave with a little over 10,000 miles on it from Champion in LaGrange KY. Thought using a small dealer would provide good personal service. It is about 60 miles round trip to this dealer. I had to make 3 trips to have a couple of issues handled. This car should have had these issues settled before it was offered to any customer. As stated I made 3 trips, spent 3 separate "several" hour waiting periods for minor repairs and one issue I mentioned on each visit has still not been taken care of. I only know this because Onstar reports when something is wrong. Pretty dissatisfied and frustrated with the service at this dealership. I am updating this review. I was contacted by the dealership. They came to get my car and left a loaner for me. The issues were resolved. I was told they would ship new floor mats . I have not gotten them as yet but am hopeful they will be coming. I believe they worked hard to take care of my concerns.

I had an oil change appointment. My vehicle was finished in less than 45 minutes. There was no type of upsell and my service advisor was polite and professional. I was pleased with the experience.
