AMAZING experience buying our car there. We had a not so great experience at a different dealer. No stress atmosphere and great people! Vicki Ireland was so amazing! The finance lady was great also (I cant remember her name~I am sorry!) either way THANK YOU for the DUCK, my son still has not let it go!. Again, Great team and wonderful experience.! I always have a great experience with Champion. I’ve been bringing my car here for about 6 years to get the oil changed, repairs, etc. Everyone is so friendly. I never feel like they are trying to scam me into doing anything unnecessary like a lot of the quick oil change places do. They’re truly the only place I trust with my car.

I initially had a bad experience with some routine maintenance…. However after expressing my disappointment I was contacted within 48 hours and a respectable resolve was found….. I definitely have to give credit to Champion and their customer service…… 👍🏻

Jay seems like a real straight shooter. Nice guy, and honest. Recommended that I just buy the part and install myself. Good thing, too as the service is a bit slow. However, you are the closest Chevy dealership to my house, so that means I'll be returning. Next time, I'll be a drop off customer, though. Oh--I had to call to make sure my part was there. The parts department never bothered to call.
