If I could give more stars I would! I had an amazing experience with Todd and Preston. I bought a car from Champion over 10 years ago and have been driving that same car until now. I had a wonderful experience then and an even better experience this time. It was laid back and there was no one pushing to make a sale, which in turn is what made me want to buy from them. They went above and beyond! I will be purchasing all future vehicles from them.

Staff was courteous but service took awhile. My car was out of service for over a week and rental coverage ended after 7 days. Courtesy cars provided by the dealership would be an awesome relief for most people. I ended up having to drive my sons diesel truck back and forth to work which cost me about $30 a day.

I called about a vehicle on their website and the sales person told me they would check to see if it was still available and call me back. He didn't. I called twice and spoke with the same person who kept telling me he was still checking on the vehicle and would call me back in 10 minutes . Almost 2 hours later I called again to find out it had been sold. Definitely need to work in customer service skills.

I bought the 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer online and had not seen it in person or driven it. I was very satisfied and pleased with the description of the car before it was delivered. Delivery was very professional and courteous. I truly enjoyed doing business with Champion Chevrolet.
