I was injured and my vehicle totalled when I was hit by another car. I needed a new vehicle, but was not up to car shopping. I called Champion Chevrolet and explained my situation. They drove the vehicle I liked to my house. I loved it and put a down payment on it to hold the vehicle. They prepared all the paperwork, so I only had to go in and sign the paperwork. They were an answer to prayer, friendly, helpful and awesome!

I just purchased a new Silverado 1500 and had a wonderful experience working with Allen Bolden. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Some things to work on for the dealership (and get that fifth star) would be to improve the WiFi service to enable faster transfer of electronic documents, and to have a current and organized list of information for new vehicles on hand. For example, it took us a while to come to an agreement on available incentives. Overall, though, good job!

Champion Chevrolet has a great service department. We recently brought our Acadia in for diagnostics and battery replacement. We were treated great by Samantha in service and Jeanne when paying and picking up our vehicle. A gentleman brought our car to the front door and had it warmed up and ready to go. I can honestly say we have never been treated so well and fairly by any other dealership.
