I always use Champion for oil changes. My visits take about an hour, and the service is always good. This most recent visit, however, took a bit over two hours. After waiting so long, and after my car was ready, I learned the shop was understaffed that day. If you are understaffed and things are taking longer than usual, please say so up front.

Great way to start off the New Years!! We had already picked out the vehicle we wanted before coming so we already knew what we wanted but Chris was very helpful and professional during the process and was ready to help us. We were able to put a holding deposit down on the truck over the New Years while we waited on the banks to open back up. Sadly the truck was scratched over the weekend in their parking lot but Chris was already on top of having the repairs set up for us at no cost. THANK YOU CHRIS and CHAMPION

I love love my 2015 explorer and Kyle made the whole process very smooth! Thank you! He was always available and able to answer any questions about the vehicle. I’m not a fan of car shopping but this was an easy, great experience with great people from start to finish!
