I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with your employee, Timmy Churchill. "Quality means doing it right when no one is looking" and that is exactly how he handles his customers. I have called many times asking about a vehicle, inquiring about the best way to purchase with an acceptable monthly payment, etc. Timmy has delivered on any questions I have asked, always supporting in office or meeting us to make it easier. Even when I am not able to purchase, Timmy still answers my calls, provides detail explanations and provides the upmost service. He is so knowledgeable as well!!! Wish I could give 20 stars because you have one magnificent star employee at your company.

I had a an issue last Saturday where my keys got locked in my car with it running (no idea how this happens) at Enterprise Rental. I walked up to Champion's Service department and talked to Tony. He went out of his way to have a tech drive down to my car and pop my lock. The tech had my car unlocked in about 5 minutes, resolving a stressful situation. The service department really went above and beyond in helping a customer. They definitely earned my business moving forward.

I had an appointment for a simple tune up and it took 6 days. I had to call to get updates. I wasn't told about an additional 3 percent charge until I was heading to the cashier. If I known ahead of time, I would have brought cash. I had to ask for a little off the bill for my inconvenience, which was eaten by the surcharge. After 6 days, the least they could have done was wash the car. But they did not. The car sounds louder than when I took it in.

Had an excellent experience with Billy Sean. He was transparent and a pleasure to work with, considering that we were out of state and did most of the business through the phone. Once we touched down in Kentucky, it was a 30 minute process and out the door. 7/7 would recommend.
