Our Sales person Dennis and Finance Manager Melissa really made this the best Car buying experience ever. We found the car we wanted and even with a few credit challenges they were able to accommodate our situation. We visited 2 larger dealerships thinking because of the volume of customers, they would be able to help us and have the vehicle we were looking for. Not only did they waste our time with games.......they didn't have the car we wanted to own. Our family would like to thank the great folks at Champion. Thanks you, J.M.

Bought a pre owned Volvo there last week. Todd Waits is all I need to say if you need a pre-owned car. (I’m sure he does new as well). Todd is awesome and gotta be one of the best car sales people you will ever meet. The whole experience at Champion is really good. Not high pressure and not pushy.

We were looking on line for a truck. Found one that we were interested in, on your lot. But it was already sold. But, we were told, you had a white one that might work. They need to be removed when they are sold. So, we drove an hour to look at it. Our salesman was Matt Cooper. He was awesome. He went above and beyond. We told him we wanted to get the spray in liner & bed cover. He set it up for us to have it done. We love our truck!!! Thanks Matt. 😀

Tony and the guys in the service department have been taking care of me since 2019. I could not recommend this group enough. Even when I'm in a pinch Tony will move some mountain to ensure I am able to be seen within a reasonable time frame. Example: I called Thursday and asked for my truck to be seen on short notice for an oil change and tire sensor concerns. Tony was transparent with me in saying they're not sure they can because they are absolutely booked. I appreciate that honesty and transparency. Also, to be fair, they are always booked and I bet it's because of how well they take care of people. Well Tony made it work for Friday morning and asked me to be at the shop at 8am. Everything was taken care of and I appreciate their flexibility. Any other time I would have been flexible myself and waited till the next week when they were free, but I was going out of town and slipped my mind. Thank you to Tony, service department, and everyone at Champion for your service and dedication to your customers.

Staff is friendly but apparently bc I'm elderly, they knowingly sold a Kia optima to me that has to have entire engine replaced, at the expense of my own extended warranty. Folks be careful of what a t you buy there. They KNEW this engine needed replacement.
