He was up front and honest from the start which I like in a person as I know they have nothing to hide. He told me about what my payments would be on the SUV that I chose and he was right on the money. He was willing to help out in any way he could to make sure I would be happy with my car and the buying terms. He is a very courteous and kind man with a world of knowledge in the car industry. We bought our 1 ton Dually Truck from Todd 1 year ago, and my Morher-in-law just bought a car from him 2 months ago and now my new purchase!! I bought my Silverado in July 2022. I dropped it off Sunday evening for an appointment that I had scheduled for Tuesday. With the app, I was able to see when the service center checked it in on Monday morning and got a notification and a phone call when the work was completed.
