We had a terrible experience at this dealership. We took our truck in for break repairs and paid $3,100 only to find out on the way home that the job wasn't complete. They then wanted additional money for parts to finish the job. I complied. I went to pick the truck up again, and realized that the job was still not done and they wanted additional money. What frustrates me the most, is that it's obvious that their mechanic doesn't check his work. I knew it wasn't fixed before leaving the parking lot. We ended up leaving after 3,100 and the truck wasn't repaired as promised. I will discourage everyone I know from going here.

Sales rep was great. They were upfront and easy to deal with. I liked that they give you the actual price when you inquire instead of trying to just give payment options.

I had a an issue last Saturday where my keys got locked in my car with it running (no idea how this happens) at Enterprise Rental. I walked up to Champion's Service department and talked to Tony. He went out of his way to have a tech drive down to my car and pop my lock. The tech had my car unlocked in about 5 minutes, resolving a stressful situation. The service department really went above and beyond in helping a customer. They definitely earned my business moving forward.

Champion’s body shop did great work at a reasonable price. No price padding like some others. The car was even ready early. They also cleaned the interior and even the windows. Highly recommend.
