Our sales representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. But we overpaid on my granddaughters, 2024 Enclave of 202.00 Dollars on march 22nd So I contacted matthew cooper of the finance Department on April 14th To see when they was going to send our check. He said he would take care of it. But he did not call back 2 more times he would not answer the phone a girl named Emily, she would take care of it. I'm pretty sure she is the one that answers the phone. So she took care of my problem, not matthew cooper

Got me in and took care of me when I needed it. $400 for a computer update seems expensive, but I was happy to get back on the road.

Jay, the service representative was the most accommodating rep I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. I bought my equinox from an out of state GM dealership other than champion and was not happy that that dealership never notified me of recalls on my equinox so consequently I’ve had to be burdened with the expense of two fixes of recalls that had expired shortly before the problems surfaced. My complaints to GM about this have gone unanswered but my experience with Champion was satisfactory.

I highly recommend shopping at Champion Chevrolet. Antwon was an incredible help in finding exactly what I wanted. He didn't try to mess around or show me other vehicles than what I asked for. We found the perfect car and he went out of his way to make sure my requests were addressed before signing. Matt, in the financing department, was a huge help in obtaining a great interest rate that fit my budget. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I feel comfortable recommending this company to anyone searching for a vehicle.
