Quentin was Very helpful from the beginning until the end, most things were handled over the phone because of my transportation issues, but Quentin made things as smooth as possible for me. When it was time to actually purchase, he came all the way to not only provide me a ride back to the car lot, but to the bank as well to secure my funds. I didn’t find exactly what I wanted due to the budget I had, but I got what I could afford, and it seemed to be a great compromise. So far I’ve had no major issues, just loud wind through windshield and windows when driving, but if that’s my only issue, then I still consider this to have been a great deal, and a great experience.

Took my 2021 chevy with 40,000 miles in because check engine light came on with code for turbo charger. I made an appointment for Wednesday and they said it would take 6 or 7 days to confirm diagnosis, order parts, and put them in. It ended up taking them a week to even assign a tech to it. Meanwhile im calling every day and the people answering phones seemed very annoyed with me and never knew anything about my car. My service person was tony. He never seemed to be available when i called but he also never offered up information on his own. I always had to leave messages for him and then he would maybe send me a text message back the next day. It ended up taking one week for a tech to even be assigned and then the parts took a week to arrive. I didn't get my car back for two weeks. The repair work was under warranty but i still had to pay over 200$ in ubers to get to work and back during those two weeks. Its extra frustrating because if they had just looked at my car during the scheduled appointment i made, then the parts would have been there in the first week like they had originally told me on the phone when i made the appointment. I understand delays in getting parts or just being busy but this was so inconvenient. I went to this chevy dealership because the others in the area seemed to have an even worse service department. Makes me want to never buy a chevy again because none of the dealerships are friendly unless you are buying and I've had multiple problems covered under warranty with this car that is less than 5 years old.

Tony and the guys in the service department have been taking care of me since 2019. I could not recommend this group enough. Even when I'm in a pinch Tony will move some mountain to ensure I am able to be seen within a reasonable time frame. Example: I called Thursday and asked for my truck to be seen on short notice for an oil change and tire sensor concerns. Tony was transparent with me in saying they're not sure they can because they are absolutely booked. I appreciate that honesty and transparency. Also, to be fair, they are always booked and I bet it's because of how well they take care of people. Well Tony made it work for Friday morning and asked me to be at the shop at 8am. Everything was taken care of and I appreciate their flexibility. Any other time I would have been flexible myself and waited till the next week when they were free, but I was going out of town and slipped my mind. Thank you to Tony, service department, and everyone at Champion for your service and dedication to your customers.

I’ve bought 3 cars from champion with no issues out of any of them. My husband and i come to them for all service and they’re the first place we go when looking to trade in our vehicles for something newer. I highly recommend working with Quinten! He’s so patient and does everything he can to get you into someone you love. I’ve recommended them to all of my friends and family members looking for a new car!
