Bill and Fred went out of their way to answer my questions and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. From arriving at the Champion dealership in LaGrange, KY to driving out of their parking lot with my new car, it took just 4 hours to do it all. Test drive, have all the paperwork filled in, having the vehicle prepped and signing everything, it was smooth sailing. Nice people to work with, too.

Excellent purchase experience. Allen Bolden (Sales) was a pleasure to deal with. We discussed price and financing options openly and there were no hidden agendas. When I went for my test drive and reviewed the contract, everything was as discussed. In addition, I want to thank Sarah Waits & Kaitlin Woods from the Customer Care Team and Melissa Sutton from Finance who were extremely helpful in addressing any other questions I had. It was great service. Before I left Tampa, Florida I couldn't get an oil change because of the lack of filters for my truck. No problem here and they worked my truck in in 1 day instead of week long waiting list in Florida. I needed this done so I could continue my trip to Nebraska. Very professional people.
