Making a simple purchase of a used car turned out not so simple due to my bank card. John was very understanding and never once made me feel as an inconvenience. It took 3 days to finally get the purchase completed and John even came in early on the third day so he would be there to get me through the "simple" process. Thank you John and Champion Chevrolet for making my purchase just as important as someone buying a new vehicle.

For the past nine years, I've been treated with respect and courtesy at the Champion Chevrolet. However, this past year something changed. I don't know whether it was because my car turned 10-years-old or what (despite the fact they were my only service folks as well), but I spoke to several other mechanics and individuals and all of them felt I got screwed when my car went through a series of unfortunate incidents after being "fixed" several times at their service center. I lost my car in the process, which broke my heart. I don't know that I'd ever purchase another vehicle from them. I really have mixed feelings about this incident, because they treated me so well for so long. But, the treatment I received within the past three months was beyond my understanding.

Had an excellent experience with Billy Sean. He was transparent and a pleasure to work with, considering that we were out of state and did most of the business through the phone. Once we touched down in Kentucky, it was a 30 minute process and out the door. 7/7 would recommend.
