The sales department was great, but the service department did a horrible job. The service representative, Tony, lied to me on several occasions about what the warranty would pay for and work that was supposed to be completed and was not. They had my vehicle for two months, replacing the engine and within one day I had to take it back and that’s when they informed me I needed a new transmission. Not sure why they didn’t catch that during the two months they had it, especially since they were supposed to flush the transmission. I even called to confirm that they were going to flush the transmission during the engine work and they said they would. When I picked it up, they said they had not flushed the transmission. he told me the warranty would not cover a certain part of the work which was gonna cost over $1000. I asked him if it would be worth calling The warranty company to confirm and he said no, I would just be wasting my time. I called the warranty company, and they immediately said they would cover the part and said that it would not make sense for them not to. I am not a hard man to please, but very unhappy with my experience at Champion.

I purchased a vehicle here. I had a few issues, but staff was responsive and handled everything well. The issues were with the vehicle and not the fault of the dealer, but they handled it and resolved everything. I would purchase from this dealer again, as they displayed trust and honesty in the sale and resolving the issues.

The service writer Tony and service tech Greg were very friendly and informative. They kept me up to date on the car’s progress throughout the time they had it. The only thing that I wish they had was a larger service bay in order to store removed parts and give them a bit more elbow room.

I will recommend👍 anyone to stop by and see the great options of steel made vehicles not plastic...that makes you feel safe when you are driving these cars.
