This is my second car from Chamipon and I never leave disappointed. Vickie Ireland has taken care of me both times. She always takes her time and helps explain all the Vehicle features. Definitely would recommend shopping with Vickie Ireland!

I always use Champion for oil changes. My visits take about an hour, and the service is always good. This most recent visit, however, took a bit over two hours. After waiting so long, and after my car was ready, I learned the shop was understaffed that day. If you are understaffed and things are taking longer than usual, please say so up front.

I do NOT recommend this place!! I’d give a 0 if I could! They will tell you what you want to hear to get the sale, make everything sound great - you buy the extra “warranty” that apparently covers EVERYTHING in the truck - all the way down to the radio. This is the 3rd time we’ve taken our NEW truck to LaGrange (which is an hour away from my house) for it “not to be covered” and then try to charge us FOR NOTHING! We could have bought a truck 3 miles from our house - but we decided to come here because they were super nice. We didn’t know that they had your back until they got your money, once they got your money - they don’t even know who you are. If this truck wasn’t almost a year old we would take it back! TERRIBLE service! I KNOW what service is (being a service manager myself) the BBB will be hearing from me! And every social media platform there is! TERRIBLE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I recently worked with Bennett on ordering a new Bolt. At first reaching out, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and never pushed me to make a decision until I was ready (which was not the case with many other dealers in the area) and affirmed that there would be no "market adjustment" or mandatory equipment added to the sales cost. When it came time to ordering, he walked me through the process, never tried to upsell anything, and told me an expected timeline of 4-6 months, which I knew would be the case going in. During the build process, he checked in and provided updates on the status. The vehicle arrived after only 2 months. There was an issue with the brake module that was found when I test drove it. Not a knock on the dealership, as Bennett made sure to get it to the service department where they were able to fit a new part and work with GM to get all the software updated. When it came down to paperwork, there was no pressure on add-ons or financing, merely a yes or no question and then the signatures. A welcome change of pace from most dealers. The reason for the drop of a star is that I had ordered the lighter interior option and the vehicle showed up with the darker interior. Not a deal breaker, but a bit disappointing when ordering a vehicle and the paperwork shows the discrepancy.
