I usually don't write reviews but I felt I needed to call out Mamie and Billy from this store. Both of them are so patient and kind and too the point. I don't feel like I was being swindled or tricked. They gave me and my dad a real solid price on a used F150. Most places you go to have the sales guy going back and forth to the "Talk to the Manager" every time you disagree with their price or threaten to walk away. But not these guys. Honest and straightforward and even stayed till after closing to close a deal that my dad didn't make easy for them. If your looking for a new or used car for a very fair price then don't go anywhere else. They have great reviews all around for a reason. They didn't even ask for a review but they deserve it.

I do NOT recommend this place!! I’d give a 0 if I could! They will tell you what you want to hear to get the sale, make everything sound great - you buy the extra “warranty” that apparently covers EVERYTHING in the truck - all the way down to the radio. This is the 3rd time we’ve taken our NEW truck to LaGrange (which is an hour away from my house) for it “not to be covered” and then try to charge us FOR NOTHING! We could have bought a truck 3 miles from our house - but we decided to come here because they were super nice. We didn’t know that they had your back until they got your money, once they got your money - they don’t even know who you are. If this truck wasn’t almost a year old we would take it back! TERRIBLE service! I KNOW what service is (being a service manager myself) the BBB will be hearing from me! And every social media platform there is! TERRIBLE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Called Champions and talked to Tony to set up a date for the Airbag safety Recall . He was very accommodating and set a time that suited my schedule! I called the day before my appointment and asked if I could also get an oil change and tire rotation and was told yes! Once I dropped the vehicle off Tony was again very accommodating and notified me once the work on the vehicle was completed, ahead of time!!! I highly recommend Champions!

First time buying a car in over 8 years and this was the first brand new car that I had purchased. Worked with Chris and he was extremely professional and easy to deal with. He always answered the many questions I had before, during and after my purchase. I would highly recommend Chris and the Champion staff!!
