Do not trust the website for inventory. I drove from Louisville to buy a car with cash to arrive only to find out the car was sold "DAYS" ago. I checked the site before I left to make sure it was still listed. Almost 2 hours of my day wasted. Some of that is on me for not calling but in 2024, I'd expect the website to be updated when a car is sold as part of that transaction not wait days and waste people's time. Whomever is processing paper work isn't doing the other half of their job by updating the site. I get the fast turn over on the inventory but "as part of a sale," the cars should be removed. Other than that the salesperson that worked with us was very nice and accommodating. I'm sure they are delightful otherwise based on my limited interaction.

Highly recommend Matt Cooper. Made the whole process simple and easy. Asl long as he is there we will always be back! Update... after checking my credit report I noticed they ran my credit thru 6 different lenders after requesting and stating I already had financing and asked that they do not run my credit. Beware. Will not go back.

I’ve been looking for a Yukon XL for weeks. They are in very short supply, and very high demand. Chris at Champion was by far the easiest person to deal with that I have spoken to in weeks and I’ve called A LOT of dealerships! A lot of dealerships are charging above MSRP because of the demand and Champion was not. I can not say enough good things! Very pleased with the experience from beginning to end!
