Vickie was amazing, super sweet and relatable! She helped us make a big choice for our family! We were between an encore and an equinox and she brought out both and showed us the differences. She didn’t care that the encore was more expensive and even warned us that it wouldn’t allow space for the rear facing car seat our son uses. She could have sold us a car that wasn’t meant for our family but price didn’t matter to her and she made sure we drove off in a vehicle that gave our son and family room to grow!

I bought a used 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe in beautiful condition from a local GMC dealership and within the first week had blown a rear strut. When I reached out to the dealership I bought it from, they were not able to work me in to even LOOK at my car for three weeks. So I took the opportunity to start calling around to find a proper Chevrolet dealership. As providence would have it, I was able to be seen same-day at Champion Chevrolet. From the woman who answered the phone in the service department, to Cedrick my service advisor, to the person who ran to Huntsville to get the parts needed, and Bruce who performed the work (and don’t forget Shaw who ran me to the bank!)I received top-notch service. Everyone was friendly and considerate, knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to know who to trust when it comes to taking care of your car, and I am so grateful to know I have a partner in Champion Chevrolet! More grateful I could not be.

I had a an issue last Saturday where my keys got locked in my car with it running (no idea how this happens) at Enterprise Rental. I walked up to Champion's Service department and talked to Tony. He went out of his way to have a tech drive down to my car and pop my lock. The tech had my car unlocked in about 5 minutes, resolving a stressful situation. The service department really went above and beyond in helping a customer. They definitely earned my business moving forward.

We Worked Kyle at Champion motors he was very easy to work with, he always answered our phone calls and if he didn't no the answer to a question he would find out and call us right back. They had what we wanted on the lot and their price was spot on.I bought my first truck from them in 2018 with the same experience. I have zero complaints. Fives stars all day. Thanks Tag

I'm overly pleased with my interactions with Champion Chevrolet and specifically Vickie Ireland. She is always willing to assist me above and beyond...even proving this with a recent return visit that generated no income or benefits for the dealership. It was purely a visit to answer my questions and interest, yet she took time from her busy schedule to assist. Truly a top-notch purchasing and customer service experience working with Vickie and Champion Chevrolet!
