Completely satisfied, Sam Haider was great. When we were walking around the lot, Sam Haider met us and was very friendly and no pressure. He let us know if we need anything at all he's here for us. We found a vehicle we loved and Sam made it so we could test drive it being it hadn't been stocked yet, he still made it happen for us! I recently needed my HUD display replaced on my C8 corvette. Champion Chevrolet warned me about how long this would take due to needing to disassemble both the dash and the console. They kept me informed while disassembling and ordering the required part. When completed they detailed the interior so the car looked like new. I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait 2 hours and 40 minutes only to find out when I went to pay that they forgot to do the tire rotation. I’m very disappointed

Vehicle was in for scheduled routine oil change, rotate tires and inspection. Service performed was done properly, however, it took 2 1/2 hours when they knew in advance that I was waiting and was told at check in that it should only be 1 hour.

I went to Champion without a reservation time to get a front end alignment. I was not in a hurry for it to be done, expecting to wait for a couple of days for the work to be done. Jay, the service manager, was a very nice guy and hustled to find out when my work would be performed. Jay told me that my vehicle would be ready the next day. My vehicle was ready by 10:00 a.m. That is much quicker than I has anticipated. I am very happy with Jay, and the Champion service team.

Initial service was OK. Had to order the hood prop. It came in two days later. My 17-year-old takes the car back two days later when the part comes in. He comes home. Part wasn’t installed. Then find out there was left some type of service device sticking out of the diagnostic port. Apparently, this tool activates the exterior lights. Car parked overnight. Battery gets drained. Take several hours to get the battery enough charge to crank the vehicle. So not only did I order a part and they not install it like they said they would they send me home with some type of device that causes me even more trouble.

My alternator went and I called several dealers and they all said one month before we could see you. I called champion and explained I could not be without a car for a month and they took me the next day. They even got me a rental car and got my car fixed in two days. I recommend them highly. They treated me with the most upmost respect.

I had some accessories that I purchased from General Motors and wanted them installed on my truck. I was quoted one price and when I went to pick the vehicle up, the price had doubled. I do realize that there was one more set of lights that needed to be wired, but I did not expect double the price

Our Sales person was very nice and enjoyable to work with. Unfortunately, dealership management has some clear honesty issues. I schedule ahead to look at 3 pickups and drove a good distance for listings that showed no damage on photos and all with clean Carfax. Close inspection of all 3 vehicles had experienced read bumper impacts visible in misalignment and associated inconspicuous damaged metal and paint damage. They all 3 showed additional paint scratches not disclose. One also showed clear front bumper impact with parts out of place below the grill. One employee indicated the dealer did not know about the damage & would not knowingly deceive anyone. When the one in charge was brought in to talk about price he said the condition of the vehicles had been factored into the pricing. For it to be factored into the price then the damage was known about. If it was known about without disclosing it to customers, in photos, or the vehicle history then they are willing to knowingly deceive customers. I would not have expanded my traveled & time for had the condition been honestly indicated in the listings.
