Delivered my vehicle 1 hour late without time to fully inspect, as I was leaving for work. Came to my door >2hours away. 1st time buying a used car online. Don't do it. Car had body damage I could not see in online pics. Received 1 key fob that was obviously older than the car. My online agent bought me another fob so that id have 2 fobs. Wheels had locks without a lug key. No cabin air filter. Waited >45 days for my title. Called multiple times regarding my insurance policy with no response. This review is 100% accurate, hand to the Lord.

Everyone was so kind and helpful and the process was flawless - like a well-oiled machine. They had a great waiting area with plenty of comfy seating and TV as well as a desk area to get work done. There was also a coffee bar for anyone wanting a cup. All you have to do is drive up and hand over your keys and they take it from there. You don’t even need to find a parking spot! Scheduling after hours on the GMC app was the icing on the cake!

Worst experience ever. We had our eye on a car for weeks and the salesman kept us informed that it was still available. Since we lived out of town, my husband and I used a vacation day to go look at this specific car. We were told the night before it was still available. We drove 2.5 hours the next morning to find out they HELD it for another client. We were there ready to buy and they turned us down thinking this other client “might” be there to purchase that day. I have never heard of a car lot “holding” vehicles for clients with no down payment. It would have been nice to have known that before driving all the way there! All thanks to Ed Brown, General Manager. He is full of lies. Told us he would find us the exact same car in 48 hours and have it delivered to our house. HAH! It’s been over a week now and no phone call. I hope no one else has to experience this. Wasted a whole vacation day on this place!
