I have bought and traded many vehicles but this latest purchasing experience was over the top for me! Chris Henson, my salesman, was nothing less than outstanding. I gave Champion Chevrolet a call one evening looking hard for this specific truck and Chris made sure that I ended up with the keys just two days later. The real impressive factor here is that when I arrived, my truck was parked on display in front, all paperwork was prepped, and I was welcomed with a truly positive buying experience. Staff was courteous but service took awhile. My car was out of service for over a week and rental coverage ended after 7 days. Courtesy cars provided by the dealership would be an awesome relief for most people. I ended up having to drive my sons diesel truck back and forth to work which cost me about $30 a day.
