Champion Chevy and salesman Isaac were a pleasure to deal with. I drove 2.5 hours to look at a vehicle that was exactly as it was portrayed in pictures and assured by Isaac that it was indeed what I was looking for. Everyone at the dealership was inviting and friendly. Melissa made the behind the scenes paperwork a breeze and answered all of my questions. In my past experiences going car shopping at some dealerships can be aggravating and waste of time so when I'm in the market again I will be returning to Champion without a doubt. I had an oil change appointment. My vehicle was finished in less than 45 minutes. There was no type of upsell and my service advisor was polite and professional. I was pleased with the experience.

I called them on a Wednesday to check on my truck. So Saturday I had to go to Lagrange to get a tag for the rental car. After that I went to check on my truck and they said that it was done on Friday. Nobody bothered to call me and and tell or didn’t return my phone call. They are lucky they got 2 stars instead of 1.
