I had a great experience at Champion. Billy was amazing! He communicated well, not pushy, and very accommodating. Also Melissa from finance was great too! I will definitely return in the future 😊

A true trustworthy company. Will explain problems on how the cost is related to the repair. No short answers and if you don’t understand they will go overboard until you do.

Super easy, nothing was hidden, everything was very transparent. Todd was fun to work with and Melissa was very knowledgeable!

Kyle Nash, sales representative ,represented himself and Champion with first class professionalism. Matt Cooper finance manager, represented champion in a comparable manner. As the storm approached we appreciate the care to secure safe haven for our purchase. Thanks to Fred Tolsdorf and staff. Great community partner and company.

Lord Jesus help me. Just don't go here. Here's why: I found a car that I wanted online. I was very, very sure that I would be driving it home tonight. So sure in fact that I took an Uber 30 minutes away to Champion Chevrolet to pick it up. Part of why I was so sure I'd be getting it was because I was HAPPY to pay the listed price. Despite the fact that the car had been in two wrecks and that they did their very best to conceal that information. Despite the fact that I knew they received it as a trade-in, which means they likely got it for a steal. Despite the fact that it was just on the cusp of hitting the three year old mark where cars depreciate around 40-60% in value. The markup was there, but I didn't care. I wanted it and I was going to have it. Nothing was going to get in the way of that. Nothing except Champion Chevrolet. I arrive and I'm greeted by my salesman. Nice enough guy. He brings out the car. I look at the car. I mention the wrecks and ask about the damage and repairs as I was honestly impressed that the car looked brand new. He let's me know that he has no idea about the specifics of the car. The car that he's selling me. I shrug off the lies because I really want to walk away with this car. We go on a test drive. It was great. Loved it. We come back to his desk. He asks what I wanted to do. "Well I'd really like to buy this car if that's okay," I said. He told me he was onboard. I was prepared for smooth sailing. I had accepted that I was going to pay the listed price and we were both going to walk away happy. APPARENTLY HE WAS NOT ONBOARD. I had been pre-approved by a lender to finance the vehicle. As he was taking my information I let him know this, and even double checked with him directly as he was taking my social that he was only running a credit check for that lender. He assured me that was the case. He runs it, and steps away. Blissful, excited me is then ATTACKED by my Credit Karma app, informing me that my credit had just been ran to FIVE DIFFERENT LENDERS. I'm young. This kind of thing REALLY affects my credit, which I've already been in the process of repairing. Now I'm upset, but ready to roll with the punches. I'd been pre-approved and can use the website to look at exact the offer I already have. I worked it out very specifically beforehand. I knew exactly what APR was available to me with a specific term length and down payment. He came back and quoted me with a 4% increase. I asked if this was from the lender I had already told him I had. He said yes. I told him I knew it wasn't. He stepped away and miraculously found a better rate, that was still a 1% higher APR than what I knew was available to me. This is where I lost interest in helping him make money, but gave him an opportunity to earn my business back. I told him I would walk away with the car for 15% off the list price. He told me he couldn't do that, and would go get someone else who would also tell me that he couldn't do that. So he did. As promised, someone else came and told me that he couldn't do that. Neat. Sale lost. IT JUST WASN'T ENOGH FOR YOU TO GET WHAT YOU ASKED FOR IT. I came in ready to give that to you. Instead you had to lie to my face in hopes of getting me to unknowingly sign up for your own financing program instead of the one I had already worked to arrange. Instead you ran my credit multiple times without my consent. I work in sales. I have no problem with a salesman and the house both getting their cut. I absolutely encourage it. I do have a problem with sketchy business, and that's all I found here at Champion Chevrolet.
