This is the second car that we have purchased from Champion. My husband surprised me with a new Rubicon. The staff at Rubicon was and is always welcoming, thorough, and professional, explaining and showing every detail of your purchase. The cars are exceptionally clean and in excellent condition. Last but not least, the pricing is better than some other car lots that offer less for a higher price. I would recommend Champion to anyone looking for a quality vehicle, with an awesome price. I have mixed feelings about my service experience. After waiting a month for an open appointment, it was disappointing how long it took due to other priorities in the shop. My 4 labor hour quote repair took 4 days. When completed, I feel it was done properly. Also paperwork identified work performed on a different VIN # and year of car.

5 Stars Life long county resident. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their professionalism that is so often missed today. Quite unexpected, I’m almost hesitant in leaving a review as I am certainly being selfish in wanting to not let the word get out of what it is like to be treated by a Champion and they get slammed in the service department.
