I purchased a 2021 Chevy Duramax Diesel 2500 HD High Country, pretty much sight unseen. Allen Bolden was my sales rep, and I couldn't thank him enough. He helped me with some decision making, finance, paperwork, and transport of my new truck. I explained to Mr. Bolden that I was nervous buying a truck without driving it, seeing it in person, and wiring a down payment. He reassured me everything was handled. He also has extended his time to FaceTime me, walking me through all the features of my new truck. I took custody of my truck this morning from the transport driver. This truck is amazing. I called about a vehicle on their website and the sales person told me they would check to see if it was still available and call me back. He didn't. I called twice and spoke with the same person who kept telling me he was still checking on the vehicle and would call me back in 10 minutes . Almost 2 hours later I called again to find out it had been sold. Definitely need to work in customer service skills.
