Needed to get an estimate for cost of repairs after hitting a deer omw to work. Found the Champion Chevrolet body shop on a list of trusted shops my insurance company recommended. The staff has helped make a bad situation (car totalled) less bad by: -being friendly/courteous -getting me in and out promptly -communicating and walking me through the process so far Its too bad my car is totalled, I was really wanting to see the level of workmanship this shop produced. Maybe some other time

I must tell you, Mr. John Richards salesman Excalibur, Has the patience of Job. We bought the vehicle from out of state and he had it all ready for us when we got there to test drive and made sure that it was clean and gassed up when it was time to go. In the meantime, There were many kinks that I needed to work out to be able to purchase the vehicle in terms of credit reporting and so forth. (my credit was locked) And he took the time and the interest to continue to work with us through all the paperwork and make sure that we were quite satisfied customers when we walked out the door.
