I had brought my car in because the Super cruise wasn’t working. I had taken it to another dealership prior and they had it for over 2 weeks and couldn’t figure it out and wouldn’t give me a loaner vehicle. I brought it to Champion they gave me a loaner vehicle and figured out what the problem was, fixed it , and super cruise is working great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommended!

Great way to start off the New Years!! We had already picked out the vehicle we wanted before coming so we already knew what we wanted but Chris was very helpful and professional during the process and was ready to help us. We were able to put a holding deposit down on the truck over the New Years while we waited on the banks to open back up. Sadly the truck was scratched over the weekend in their parking lot but Chris was already on top of having the repairs set up for us at no cost. THANK YOU CHRIS and CHAMPION

My truck went in for the common CCV (23 Silverado Duramax 3.0L LZ0). Luckily they had the part at time of my appointment. I got a loaner to use that was also a Silverado pick up so I didn’t feel like I was out of my utility capability. They had my truck for 2 weeks because the tech went hunting for a week. Everything else was seamless and easy. Didn’t get hassled around.
