I just bought a used suburban from champion and was more than happy with the sales department especially Julie Gallichio. I am super busy and had to push off getting the car and Julie was super understanding and was still able to get me into the new vehicle. There was no salesman push, no rush to sell it, and no hastling. I got a great deal on the vehicle and it was a super easy process. Thanks Julie and the rest of the sales team

Todd Waits came to my rescue when my car broke down and was beyond repair. I told him what I was looking for and we narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. He was up front and honest from the start which I like in a person as I know they have nothing to hide. He told me about what my payments would be on the SUV that I chose and he was right on the money. He was willing to help out in any way he could to make sure I would be happy with my car and the buying terms. He is a very courteous and kind man with a world of knowledge in the car industry. We bought our 1 ton Dually Truck from Todd 1 year ago, and my Morher-in-law just bought a car from him 2 months ago and now my new purchase!! We brought a 2016 high country. It was delivered to us in NC in the beginning of Feb 2018. The windshield was damaged. We have been calling on a weekly basis to try to get this handled. Still 2 months later and weekly phone calls speaking with the sales manager. We still have a 50,000$ truck with a damaged windshield. The service was great trying to purchase the truck. However, they have poorly represented this company handling the windshield situation. I will never purchase from them again.
