I recently worked with Bennett on ordering a new Bolt. At first reaching out, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and never pushed me to make a decision until I was ready (which was not the case with many other dealers in the area) and affirmed that there would be no "market adjustment" or mandatory equipment added to the sales cost. When it came time to ordering, he walked me through the process, never tried to upsell anything, and told me an expected timeline of 4-6 months, which I knew would be the case going in. During the build process, he checked in and provided updates on the status. The vehicle arrived after only 2 months. There was an issue with the brake module that was found when I test drove it. Not a knock on the dealership, as Bennett made sure to get it to the service department where they were able to fit a new part and work with GM to get all the software updated. When it came down to paperwork, there was no pressure on add-ons or financing, merely a yes or no question and then the signatures. A welcome change of pace from most dealers. The reason for the drop of a star is that I had ordered the lighter interior option and the vehicle showed up with the darker interior. Not a deal breaker, but a bit disappointing when ordering a vehicle and the paperwork shows the discrepancy.

This dealership worked with my loan approval through citi bank with the loan rate already calculated, making the buying process a breeze. I love my new (to me) truck!
