My Wife and I had an Excellent Experience at Champion Chevrolet. John Richards (Product Specialist) was Very Personable, Knowledgeable, Professional and provided Excellent Customer Service. He thoroughly explained options between purchasing a used or new vehicle and different models. He also took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle we ultimately purchased. Also, Jonathan in finance was also Very Personable, Knowledgeable, Professional, Provided Excellent Customer Service and Explained all different options in financing. Thank you Champion Chevrolet!!!! Vickie Ireland was my sales rep. She is AMAZING. I purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Z71. She was attentive, patient with my many questions and requests and accommodated every request as best she could. Most of the sale was coordinated via phone and email, as I had to order the truck (the one on the lot got sold like 20 mins prior to my deposit was processed on it). The truck came in 2 weeks earlier than expected. Vickie had my after market accessories on the truck and ready when I made the trip for the test drive and purchase/delivery of the truck. Quentin was our finance manager, no pressure, very professional and personable. Overall a phenomenal experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Champion despite the 1.5 hour drive to get there, solely based on the service experience created from start to finish. 10 out of 10, for sure.

I cannot praise this place enough. To make a long story short we purchased a used vehicle from them. There was a check engine light on the truck. They took it to Tri-County Ford to get it fixed since we purchased a used Ford at a Chevy dealership. Tri-county fixed it, and a week later the check engine light came back on and the moon roof stopped working. I called Champion and they requested to bring it to them. They gave me a rental and took the truck back to Tri-County. Tri-County sat on the truck for over three weeks, the whole time I was kept in the loop by Champion. Tri-County tells us they cannot duplicate the code. The sales manager goes to pick the truck up and on the way back the check engine light comes back on. Paul calls me and lets me know that they are just going to have their guys look at it if I am ok with it. They fix the issue and fix the sunroof/moonroof issue all covered by Champion. I can tell you this they have a customer for life. Hands down one of the best dealerships I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. They were honest from day one! Shout out to Paul for taking care of me and our family and making sure it was right !
