Todd Waits came to my rescue when my car broke down and was beyond repair. I told him what I was looking for and we narrowed it down to 2 vehicles. He was up front and honest from the start which I like in a person as I know they have nothing to hide. He told me about what my payments would be on the SUV that I chose and he was right on the money. He was willing to help out in any way he could to make sure I would be happy with my car and the buying terms. He is a very courteous and kind man with a world of knowledge in the car industry. We bought our 1 ton Dually Truck from Todd 1 year ago, and my Morher-in-law just bought a car from him 2 months ago and now my new purchase!! My product specialist, Chris Henson was great to work with. No pressure at all to make the purchase. Not the typical pressure salesman I have experienced in the past. I would highly recommend if you are looking to purchase, ask for Chris to assist you. Also the Finance Director, Melissa McCombs was excellent in finalizing the purchase. I actually drove 100 miles to make this purchase and I would do it all over again! Great job Champion!
