Chris stayed in touch with me and made buying this vehicle very easy. They took my vehicle in on trade. I’m in process buying a C300 Mercedes 2014 from Champion in LaGrange, Ky long distance from Nashville. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever done- but my work schedule was relentless and I needed a car quickly. Let me tell you- Todd has been with me every step of the way. Sending me videos, going over the car with second inspections, doing any repair he found, lifetime power train warranty, sending receipts for my Downpayment- everything he could do to reassure me. He even was even able to make the shipping work out in my budget, and it was so reasonable. I’m an anxiety handful and Todd has handled it like a champ and made the process actually enjoyable long distance. These folks are honest and kind. If you’re looking for a dealership- this ones for you.

I cannot praise this place enough. To make a long story short we purchased a used vehicle from them. There was a check engine light on the truck. They took it to Tri-County Ford to get it fixed since we purchased a used Ford at a Chevy dealership. Tri-county fixed it, and a week later the check engine light came back on and the moon roof stopped working. I called Champion and they requested to bring it to them. They gave me a rental and took the truck back to Tri-County. Tri-County sat on the truck for over three weeks, the whole time I was kept in the loop by Champion. Tri-County tells us they cannot duplicate the code. The sales manager goes to pick the truck up and on the way back the check engine light comes back on. Paul calls me and lets me know that they are just going to have their guys look at it if I am ok with it. They fix the issue and fix the sunroof/moonroof issue all covered by Champion. I can tell you this they have a customer for life. Hands down one of the best dealerships I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. They were honest from day one! Shout out to Paul for taking care of me and our family and making sure it was right !
