From the beginning of the buying process starting with emails with Samantha, who did not push in our talks about buying a car. Every step of the buying process from communication to finance our sales team was open and honest. I felt like no matter the question or the time I was always answered. We didn't feel pressured to buy add ons and was treated with respect by every member of the team. Jimmy made sure I knew the ends and outs of our new Envision before I drove off the lot. Melissa was a delight to work with in the finance department. She went over everything in detail not rushing the process so we could ask questions if needed.
