We have been taking our vehicles to them for years and even ordered a truck from this dealership in 2021 and have never had a bad experience with them. From the sales department, to service and the ladies who answer the calls in customer service. Every interaction has been exceptional. We had an issue with one of our vehicles on Labor Day weekend and were due to travel that Monday, Tony took really good care of us and although we had an appointment scheduled for 4 days out, the vehicle was towed the same day we called the dealership to make an appointment. The very next day we received a call that the vehicle was ready. They didn’t have to service it or even do a diagnostic on it until the day it was scheduled for, but they really do care about their customers and knew we needed the vehicle ASAP and the truck was already there. We appreciate everyone there and are very thankful they have great people working there. We have one other vehicle that has warranty at a different dealership and they have been nothing but a headache, warranty expires soon and we will be switching all of our vehicles to this dealership. Thank you for always getting us in and making sure were all set. You are awesome. Again, thank you TONY for making sure we were taken care of. No one wants their car to have expensive repairs.... Especially two weeks before Christmas. But I was so thankful that Champion was able to work me into the schedule to fix my engine light. I thought the issue was an oxygen sensor, but it turned out to be much more serious than that. Champion did an awesome job at the repair and it turned out that my invoice was much less than the quoted amount. The service department is awesome and extremely trustworthy! My truck went in for the common CCV (23 Silverado Duramax 3.0L LZ0). Luckily they had the part at time of my appointment. I got a loaner to use that was also a Silverado pick up so I didn’t feel like I was out of my utility capability. They had my truck for 2 weeks because the tech went hunting for a week. Everything else was seamless and easy. Didn’t get hassled around.

I have always been satisfied with how issues were resolved, even when there was an incident that could have become a problem , they handled it promptly and efficiently. I had an appointment for a simple tune up and it took 6 days. I had to call to get updates. I wasn't told about an additional 3 percent charge until I was heading to the cashier. If I known ahead of time, I would have brought cash. I had to ask for a little off the bill for my inconvenience, which was eaten by the surcharge. After 6 days, the least they could have done was wash the car. But they did not. The car sounds louder than when I took it in.

I was needing to get in fairly quickly for a service call for my 2018 Impala, and I sent a message via text late at night. The service department returned a call early the next morning and got me in the first available appointment. Don't question why, but I I accidently wrote down an appointment for 8:00 am, instead of 3:00 pm. I got there at 7:45 am, realized my mistake and expected to go home and come back. NO WAY. They went on, took me in line and completed the job before I had a chance to even take a little nap. The repair service was all hyped up and very thorough in every step. I even got a discount. I was so thrilled, as always, and will never take my vehicle any where else other than Champion in LaGrange. I know I can trust them to handle me like a family member and since I have been going there for years, I feel like a little sister. I had a an issue last Saturday where my keys got locked in my car with it running (no idea how this happens) at Enterprise Rental. I walked up to Champion's Service department and talked to Tony. He went out of his way to have a tech drive down to my car and pop my lock. The tech had my car unlocked in about 5 minutes, resolving a stressful situation. The service department really went above and beyond in helping a customer. They definitely earned my business moving forward.

Even when I'm in a pinch Tony will move some mountain to ensure I am able to be seen within a reasonable time frame. Example: I called Thursday and asked for my truck to be seen on short notice for an oil change and tire sensor concerns. Tony was transparent with me in saying they're not sure they can because they are absolutely booked. I appreciate that honesty and transparency. Also, to be fair, they are always booked and I bet it's because of how well they take care of people. Well Tony made it work for Friday morning and asked me to be at the shop at 8am. I was is a quite a bind needing a quality used vehicle the evening I visited. Quentin my sales rep and Paul the used lot manager very helpful and honest, they worked together to make sure I was provided a quality used car for my budget. An issue came up the vehicle a couple of months after the purchase. The service department went above and beyond! They repaired the issue with no cost to me. I enjoyed my visit to Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. I had to drive 145 to this dealer because dealers are not exchanging vehicles now because of the low supply. My leasing process was fairly smooth, except the financing that took around 2 hours. I traded-in a 2014 Chevrolet Volt that I absolutely loved, but I still wanted to go "full electric" with a Chevrolet Bolt. I got my chance to lease a new 2022 Bolt that has the leather perforated, COMFORTABLE seats and Bose Premium Sound System that was in the showroom of Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC. I'm learning a lot of new things about my new Bolt. I keep a running spreadsheet on my electric power use from charging, just like I did with my Volt. I had to turn off the Lane Keep Assist because it was just plain annoying. It was disconcerting to have the steering wheel pull to the right most of the time. Our roads here in Southern KY are just too narrow to risk running off the shoulder. Also, I appreciate the dark dash that replaced that gaudy white dash in the 1st generation, and the more comfortable seats. I was at the Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC Service Department 03/14/2022 to turn in my 2022 Chevrolet Bolt 2LT for its repurchase. Mariah was very organized, and made the process very fast, unlike the original lease process which took several hours. I didn't even need to stay until the inspection process was complete, and was allowed to leave the dealership with the repurchase check from General Motors.

Everyone was so kind and helpful and the process was flawless - like a well-oiled machine. They had a great waiting area with plenty of comfy seating and TV as well as a desk area to get work done. There was also a coffee bar for anyone wanting a cup. All you have to do is drive up and hand over your keys and they take it from there. You don’t even need to find a parking spot! Scheduling after hours on the GMC app was the icing on the cake!

I took my car to Champion for an issue with the air conditioner fan on Tuesday and did not have an appointment. I needed the car for an out-of-town trip on Friday and was told they would do the best they could to get the job completed. On Wednesday afternoon I received a call from the service department explaining what they needed to do to fix the issue and I was provided the cost. Instead of waiting to get the part until they got the okay from me Jay went ahead and obtained the part. I was so glad because I was told it was the only one available. Had my GMC Sierra fuel pump control module replaced here because it was a "dealer only" part that had to be programmed by a GMC dealership. They got to it in a couple days then had to order the part. The repair went fine once they got the part but as expected it was very expensive. The service staff was courteous and helpful and the truck runs fine now.
